Security Opens: Battery Park - 5:45pm

Board: Sailing Battery Park, Gangway 5: 6:35pm.
Arrive at Liberty Island: 6:50pm.
Return: Boarding at Liberty Island: 7:30pm & 8:35pm.
Sailing Liberty Island: 7:45pm & 8:50pm.
Arrive Battery Park: 8:00pm & 9:05pm.

The price includes round trip ferry transportation and a two hour visit to Liberty Island. All visitors will have exclusive access to the grounds of Liberty Island as well as the option of a guided Park Ranger tour. Food and Beverage are available for purchase at the Liberty Cafe.

Guided Ranger Tour

Park Rangers provide free English-language guided tours starting at the Liberty Island Flagpole, directly forward of the ferry dock.

Tours will provide a general history of the island and of the Statue, including some of the following:

  • Why and how the Statue was made
  • Important figures in the Statue's construction
  • The Island's history
  • The Statue's many symbols
  • The 1980s Restoration Project
